Arabic Language Studies
In keeping with tradition, our children are encouraged to speak, write and read Arabic. The Druze House has made this possible by opening its doors to the community by conducting Arabic Language classes that are held every week. This year, 4 classes will be held to accommodate the growing needs of the children. The classes range from beginners level to advanced. Parents are encouraged to enroll their children in Arabic language classes held at the Druze House from October to June. Children meet once a week with teachers who volunteer their time teaching the youngsters to write and read Arabic.
This is a great opportunity for the children to learn the language of their forefathers, and to get to know each other. From past years, we have seen the children form a bond with each other, which is vital to our community.

The cost of the classes are $30.00 per child (books not included).

To register your child for Arabic language studies, please call Mrs. Aida Botrie at 416-439-3976 or email her at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
